Moon Migration (2018)

This evocative and rhythmically vivacious work single-movement work tells the story of a British scientist that posited that birds migrate to the moon. Ideal for guitar ensembles with players comfortable with pick-style strumming.


(Concerto for Plectrum Banjo and Orchestra) (2020)

Single movement, 8'00

This single-movement, crowd-pleasing orchestral work evokes the swampy inlands of Florida. The banjo part is written in "Chicago-style" tuning (DGBe) and is designed to be played by a pick-style guitarist. Commissioned by the Bradenton Symphony Orchestra, it was written for the community orchestra in mind.

Tunguska (2019)

Honorable mention in the 2019 Austin Classical Guitar Society Ensemble Composition Competition, this tone-poem evokes the Siberian wilderness that was the backdrop for the 1908 "Tunguska Event," in which a meteoroid instantly decimated hundreds of miles of forest.
